How is loot value per kill calculated?

For every item in the drop table we multiply its drop chance by the average count and by the NPC sell price, then add it all up. It's the long-run expected value per kill — over 10 kills you can get unlucky, over 10,000 the number holds.

Which hunt is best for money?

It depends on your level: you only profit where you can kill fast without burning too many potions. Open the hunt ranking, filter to your level and sort by loot per kill — and remember that selling a captured Pokémon to an NPC is income separate from loot.

Should I focus on XP or on loot?

The "loot per XP" column answers that. A high value means the hunt pays well for the experience it gives (money hunt); a low value means lots of XP for little money (levelling hunt). Level 150 Pokémon give huge XP and average loot, so they're levelling hunts.

Is a low-IV Legendary better than a high-IV Epic?

Almost always yes. Quality enters the maths twice (inside each stat and again in the final Power), while IV only adds 2×growth to the base. That's why multiplying "tier × IV" gives the wrong answer — use the Power calculator.

Why are hunt wilds so much stronger?

Inside a hunt they have 5× normal HP and hit 1.8× harder, and type advantage becomes 50% more pronounced both ways. Bringing the right type matters more in a hunt than anywhere else in the game.
